WHAT WE DO

Integri has over 60 years of experience in secondment. We know the ins and outs of secondment. In particular, working as a secondment provider for clients is an aspect we take into account. We do not only second employees based on quality, knowledge and skills, but also take into account the personal match with our clients. This is one of the reasons why our offers to our clients are so often successful.

Diversity Secondment (DD)

Integri also stands for corporate social responsibility. That is why, among other things, we started our Diversity Secondment solution. There is a great deal of untapped expertise in the Netherlands. This expertise can be found within various social groups. Status holders (newcomers with a residence permit), welfare beneficiaries, people with a distance to the labour market, WIA beneficiaries, etc.

Integri's cooperation with municipalities allows us to focus on finding the required expertise and potentially interesting candidates for our clients. We accompany these potential candidates to a client by matching them with one of our professionals. Subsequently, they will work as a duo on the assignment. This enables the new Integri employee to develop further alongside the professional and the client automatically gains insight into the competences of the new Integri employee.

In many cases, this results in the client taking over the new employee. An additional advantage is that the professional can focus completely on his/her expertise and let the Integri colleague carry out the peripheral tasks that are necessary to bring the entire assignment to a successful conclusion.

Clients need candidates who can eventually be employed. Integri selects suitable candidates based on the desired competencies and in cooperation with municipalities. Candidates who are found to be suitable are tested on their personality by means of an assessment. The results are discussed in a personal interview and the assignment is discussed. During this interview, the willingness to eventually enter into an employment contract with the client is also discussed. The candidates who are found suitable are introduced to the Integri professional and, of course, to the future client. If they agree, Integri will then offer the candidate a contract. This phase also determines the support required in terms of training and personal support that is necessary in order to be able to carry out the assignment properly. If everything is agreed, the new employee will be paired with the client's professional and they will work together on the assignment. The new employee is also supported by a job coach affiliated with Integri, who spends one hour per week discussing his or her experience and development. In this way, we create an optimal deployment at and for the client.
